JDI did such a great job! They even arrived a little early.  They took care to cover the work area so nothing else got disturbed.  They were professional and installed a beautiful new sliding glass door with shades inside.  It looks great!  It adds so much more light to the room. I reached out to Caiden at JDI Windows regarding replacement a 6' x 2' window. He called me back immediately, and we discussed a time for him to come and take a look at the project. He showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me a quote which I found very reasonable. He told me he would order the glass right away and that it would take a couple of weeks to receive it. 2 weeks later he reached out to me to schedule installation. He showed up exactly on time, replaced my window and even cleaned it, inside and out. Caiden was very respectful of my home and made sure to remove his shoes every time he came in. The job was done in less than 30 min and he charged me exactly what he originally quoted. We had another window replaced about 18 months ago, with another company. Caiden replaced this particular window for almost 1/2 the cost per square foot as the other company, and it was in a spot which was more difficult to access than the window the other company installed for me. Caiden was so professional, yet very personable. I appreciate him and JDI Windows very much. My home is 68 years old, so you know I'll likely need more windows in the near future.
